Judging

An independent panel of industry professionals will judge the entries on the following criteria:

  1. Aesthetics—to what extent the design of the project appeals to the owner.
  2. Safety— demonstrate safe practices in construction and have no recordables for the project.
  3. F-numbers/Fmin—the measured floor quality.
  4. Curl Measurements— the measured curl for slab-on-ground floors.
  5. Grinding— the extent to which remediation was necessary for an Fmin floor.
  6. Type & Layout of Reinforcement— quantify the reinforcement and the effect on installation.

The judges’ decisions will be final.

If there are fewer than three entries in any category, that category will not be judged. Entry fees will be refunded.
